La vraie boulette offers fresh, artisanal meatballs to the market. The meatballs are available in various weights and quantities. The range includes both fresh and freshly frozen products.

Currently, we offer four fixed recipes:

• The Boulet Original: A roasted meatball made with 68% pork.
• The Boulet Traiteur: A roasted meatball made with 78% pork.
• The Poultry Boulet: A roasted meatball made with 58% poultry meat.
• The Boulet Maison: A fried meatball made with 84% pork.
