Your duties
Together with your colleagues you prioritize incoming e-mails and place orders in our ERP-system. Each morning, you will make sure all orders and data for that day are processed. During the afternoons, you provide customers with accurate information on the delivery of their orders. Communication happens mostly in Dutch, but also in French and English.
Other tasks include:
- Processing billings;
- Making up schedules for our truck drivers;
- Compiling stock lists for upcoming deliveries;
- Receive feedback about orders and inform customers about any irregularities in their orders;
- Printing delivery documents.
Like a true team player, you are willing to help out other departments in the company when needed. We are also currently in the process of implementing a new ERP-system, this brings some extra challenge to the role at this time.
Your ingredients
- You have a professional attitude and are very customer-minded. You are the point of contact for customers who contact us via e-mail of phone.
- You have a commercial mindset; you contribute to active sales actively following up with customers.
- Experience in a similar position that requires a proactive, commercial mindset is preferable.
- You are not intimidated by administrative tasks and commercial follow-ups.
- You are well-versed to work with the Microsoft-office package.
- You take on an active role in digitising our processes. Experience with an ERP-system is a plus.
- Your are focussed on results and problem-solving.
- With a positive mindset you get to work full of energy every single day! You have an honest work ethic, and your sense of responsability makes you an awesome colleague to work with.
- You remain calm in stressful situations; at the end of the year, things can get quite busy.
