In this Privacy Policy, we explain what personal information we collect as the ‘data controller’ and how we use and share this information to improve our services.
2. Personal Data
The limited personal data that we store is collected in the following ways:
- Website: When you visit our website, certain data is recorded via cookies (including your IP address) to manage and improve our website. More information on these cookies can be found in our separate Cookie Policy.
- Business Relationship: When you contact us in relation to our services as a (potential) customer or partner, we process your full name, contact details (email address, phone number, office and/or home address), and other necessary information for orders, invoicing, or cooperation (such as bank details, contact history, or information regarding your previous orders).
- Marketing: If you explicitly give us permission, we process your full name and email address for sending direct marketing, newsletters, offers, and promotions about our products and services. You can always easily unsubscribe from this.
Although you are never obligated to provide personal data, a refusal to share necessary information may hinder or make it impossible for us to provide our services.
3. Processing Purposes
We process personal data in the context of our general customer and order management, or to deliver our services. This includes customer administration, tracking orders and deliveries, invoicing, answering inquiries, and for marketing purposes.
Processing takes place based on the following legal grounds:
- Based on your consent;
- As necessary for the performance of a contract;
- As necessary to comply with a legal obligation;
- To protect your vital interests or those of another person;
- For the performance of a task carried out in the public interest;
- As necessary for the legitimate interests we pursue in conducting business.
To the extent that the processing of personal data is based on your explicit consent, you always have the right to withdraw the consent given.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
If necessary for the achievement of the stated purposes, we may share personal data with employees and our professional partners. Our partners will, in turn, take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect this personal data.
We will never commercialize your personal data to third parties. In the case of a potential reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of activities, data that is part of our business activities may be transferred to third parties.
In limited cases, we may also be required to share personal data based on a court order or mandatory legislation, such as in the context of fraud prevention or security issues, or to protect our rights.
5. Retention Period
We process and store personal data for a reasonable period necessary to achieve the stated purposes, depending on our contractual relationship, to comply with legal requirements, or within the framework of usual retention mechanisms that are reasonably time-limited (backups).
6. Your Rights
All individuals whose personal data we store have the right to:
- Access their personal data;
- Correct or complete their personal data if it is incorrect or incomplete;
- Request the deletion of their personal data;
- Restrict the processing of their personal data;
- Object to the processing of their personal data for serious and legitimate reasons;
- Have their personal data transferred to another company.

If you have any comments or questions regarding our privacy policy, we would love to hear from you.
All individuals whose personal data we store also have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, [email protected]).
8. Security
We apply at least the customary technical and organizational security measures that can reasonably be expected from us to protect your personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, falsification, dissemination, or unlawful access.
Personal data will only be transferred to a partner in a country outside the European Economic Area if that country ensures an adequate level of protection for your personal data. Before sharing personal data with a partner in the United States, we require a separate processing agreement or certification under the Privacy Shield Framework (www.privacyshield.gov).
We cannot be held liable for incorrect or unlawful use of personal data by a third party. You are also responsible for the confidentiality and use of your computer, IP address, login, and identification data.
9. Your Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
We make every effort to protect it and place great importance on complying with (i) the Act of December 8, 1992, on the Protection of Privacy in Relation to the Processing of Personal Data (as amended by the Act of December 11, 1998, “Personal Data Processing Act”); (ii) the anti-spam provisions in Book XII of the Economic Code concerning the right to electronic commerce; and (iii) the European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of personal data (“General Data Protection Regulation”).
